Job Summary:

Equiliem is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to represent our company as a trusted healthcare professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our company.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment; customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
