Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino, CA. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with room reservations, check-in, and check-out.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
