  • Create and sustain financial reports and operational review documents for senior management.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to formulate and oversee the annual budget.
  • Offer forward-looking analyses and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability for financial assumptions and plans with key functional leaders.
  • Deliver precise financial results and scrutinize key expenditures during budgeting, forecasting, and closing phases.
  • Identify and execute improvements to the financial planning and analysis capabilities and processes of the business unit.
  • Establish standardized methodologies and investigate automation possibilities utilizing planning and analysis tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; CPA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Corporate Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Experience in the Fintech or Software (SaaS) sector is advantageous.
  • Expertise in constructing and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Demonstrates proactivity, resourcefulness, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excels in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel capabilities.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Anaplan is a significant plus.
