Job Summary:

The Junior Finance Support role at JobRialto is a dynamic position that involves various operational tasks, including account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for handling reports, clearing debits, resolving escalated issues, processing payments, and addressing client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform account maintenance, including disbursements, transfers, and research, to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Handle reports, outstanding debits, and escalated issue resolution to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Process payments, manage correspondence, and update client accounts to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Conduct scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, and check stop payments to maintain efficient financial processes.
  • Interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and control guidelines to maintain a secure and reliable financial environment.
  • Meet production and quality standards and cross-train in multiple operational functions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet navigation, to efficiently perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong time and stress management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work to maintain accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
  • Initiative, follow-through, and accountability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree is preferred to demonstrate academic achievement and knowledge.
  • Previous experience in financial services or operations is advantageous to bring relevant skills and expertise.
  • Technical support skills are a plus to enhance technical abilities and knowledge.
