Job Summary:

The Junior Finance Support role at JobRialto is a dynamic position that involves various operational tasks to support a financial services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing disbursements and transfers, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production and quality standards. Additionally, they will be proficient in computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account maintenance, including disbursements, transfers, and research.
  • Handle reports, outstanding debits, and escalated issue resolution.
  • Process payments, manage correspondence, and update client accounts.
  • Conduct scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, and check stop payments.
  • Interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and control guidelines.
  • Meet production and quality standards and cross-train in multiple operational functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet navigation.
  • Strong time and stress management skills.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, follow-through, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial services or operations is advantageous.
  • Technical support skills are a plus.
