Business Operations Specialist

The role of Sales Enablement Analyst is crucial in optimizing our sales processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness. This position demands a unique blend of analytical, communication, and project management skills to drive data-driven decisions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for sales leadership, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track sales productivity and account progress.
- Content Management: Develop and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, training materials, and sales tools, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Sales Tool Optimization: Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies, collaborating with IT and Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with sales processes.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and upskill existing ones, conducting periodic training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams to align on strategy and ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency, providing recommendations and assisting with the implementation of improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive base salary range of $123,020 to $144,729 in San Francisco, CA. Our hybrid work environment allows for flexibility and collaboration, with hub locations in Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. We provide lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
