About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Extended Stay Cincinnati. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage room reservations and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Possess a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
