Policy Clerk Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Policy Clerk to provide clerical support to our Executive Title Department. This role involves organizing various files and performing other clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check closing packages into SoftPro.
- Sort and distribute department mail.
- Pull and match all T-00 forms to their file.
- Maintain and enter box logs.
- Proofread files for any discrepancies.
- Mail and/or email policies to buyers and lenders.
- Monitor policy inbox.
- Type Title Commitments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant clerical experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
