Bankruptcy Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bankruptcy Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring payments, researching payment applications, and preparing instructions for clients.

• Monitor payments for Bankruptcy cases and Post-Confirmation cases for plan defaults.
• Research payment application and record payments.
• Prepare instructions for clients on how to post funds.
• Issue default letters to debtors that have failed to promptly make payments.
• File 'Notice of Plan Default' with the court.
• Uncode bankruptcy cases from BankTool and TaxTool.
• Assist with research; research PACER reports and communicate with researchers to prepare Notices of Appearances and Proof of Claims.

• Excellent organization skills.
• Time management skills to efficiently prioritize and manage all job duties.
• Ability to work with numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suit Software.
• Self-sufficient.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check.
