Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status and other related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide pricing quotes and enter new customer projects into our system.
- Prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers.
- Provide front office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in an office setting and multi-line phone system preferred.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
