About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally lift materials up to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
