About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming space and delivering an exceptional experience to every member and first-time guest. You will be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service and possessing a high emotional intelligence. This role is well-suited for someone who is goal-oriented and self-driven, with a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects, booking their first class, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience.
  • Provide membership details based on Group Fitness Coaches' prescription.
  • Answer member questions in a timely manner and navigate any concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain brand compliance by following all OTF systems and procedures.
  • Welcome members by name and take accurate class attendance.
  • Create memorable member moments daily through celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and class milestones or personal records.
  • Be well-informed on all studio happenings, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and all corporate initiatives/offerings.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset and have a passion for helping others.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, operate with integrity, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage member questions or concerns.

About Orangetheory Fitness:

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
