Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Aerial Intelligence Operations Specialist to join our team in support of the ISR Task Force. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience with ISR systems, have prior service in the Department of Defense, and hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of aerial ISR operations and modernization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Aviation; advanced degrees are preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in ISR systems, particularly in aerial intelligence.
- Prior experience with DoD ISR systems and a solid grasp of operational doctrine.
- Extensive knowledge of ISR operations, technologies, and modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing intelligence databases and analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the modernization of intelligence systems, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies for manned and unmanned aerial systems.
- Support technology experimentation and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with military personnel and intelligence agencies to enhance ISR capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of evolving requirements and global events that may impact system needs.
- Generate comprehensive reports, assessments, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Integrate and analyze data from various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, and EW.
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational decision-making related to ISR modernization.
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend strategies for resolution.
- Stay informed on the latest ISR methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure the success of all branches within the ISR Task Force.
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
