Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine risk assessments to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, facilities project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, procedures, and technical reference materials relating to building maintenance
  • Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions, conduct analysis, and formulate conclusions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster effective working relationships
  • PowerPoint experience and ability to delegate and follow up on communication with stakeholders and contractors
