Client Services Team Associate

As a Private Wealth Management Universal Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth Management, Trust, Banking, or Investment clients, handling day-to-day client calls and transactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with Private Wealth Management Advisors and specialists to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Develop a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
- Identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud, and escalate them to the assigned Private Wealth Management Advisor or specialist.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
- Sufficient understanding of departmental procedures and systems to operate with very limited supervision.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.29 - $27.02 - $29.72
