Pacific Northwest Region Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foremen to join our UtilitiesOne team in the Pacific Northwest region. This role involves leading a team of technicians in executing construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities will include overseeing crew activities, interpreting construction plans, operating and maintaining equipment, and recruiting, training, and evaluating new team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
To be eligible, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in tower construction, 1 year in a civil foreman role, and a valid driver's license. Electrical licenses/certifications are advantageous.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per annum
