Salary Range:
$42,500 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing and managing routine cleaning, upkeep & repairs, including power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, and commercial painting.

Support the management of daily operations for assigned projects, supervising maintenance crews during day/evening shifts to ensure the completion of all scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks.


Management Duties Include:
scheduling, monitoring, and verifying timecards.
Supervise the execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Implement and monitor effective safety protocols.
Report any known incidents, safety risks, or unusual occurrences to the General Manager, Maintenance Services.
Assist in the cleanup of debris, spills, and other hazards.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
Ensure adherence to environmental standards and corporate governance.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing client and customer satisfaction.
Perform additional necessary functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
To successfully perform this role, an individual must be capable of executing each essential duty satisfactorily. Education:
High School Graduate. Some college education is a plus.
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Comprehensive knowledge of all maintenance areas.
Ability to perform general repairs, electrical, mechanical, and cleaning maintenance.
A minimum of six months of experience in the service industry (maintenance industry preferred) is desirable but not mandatory.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with diverse maintenance backgrounds.
Experience operating light construction equipment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and proven customer service skills, demonstrating a willingness to lead by example.

Must be open to a flexible work schedule.

License Requirement:
Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:
May be required to stand for 8-hour shifts while managing employees.
Must be willing to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
