Job Description

**Regional Manager**

The Regional Manager is a key leadership position at HES Facilities, responsible for driving the profitability of a group of accounts within the organization. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can take ownership of their work and bring the company's mission and values to life on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor account leadership to ensure the success of their teams.
  • Build and support effective teams that deliver contracted service deliverables and drive profitable growth.
  • Forge solid relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support effective and profitable growth through business development activities and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate current and account budgets to achieve budgeted financial objectives.
  • Oversee and monitor the purchasing and inventory control functions for all account locations.
  • Develop and administer cost containment/reduction activities among assigned accounts.
  • Screen, interview, and participate in the selection of account leadership, including Directors, Assistant Directors, Supervisors, and Administrative Assistants.
  • Evaluate the work performance of all direct reports annually and prepare a succession plan for their area of operations.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
