Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Manager to join our team at MobilityWorks. As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting all departments within the store, including sales, marketing, service, and rental.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales and Service teams with required documentation and prepare Vehicle Delivery paperwork, including state DMV required documentation for titling and registration purposes.
  • Take all vehicle photos and upload them to SalesForce, and manage inventory tracking on all new and used vehicles.
  • Help follow up on customer service ROs, including payment and WIP, and assist the General Manager with dealership forecasting and budgeting.
  • Manage the title process and report title status in MobilityForce, process vehicle and warranty registrations, and answer BDC leads as they come in and distribute them to the sales team as necessary.
  • Provide backup to sales if none are available, submit for manufacturer incentives and rebates for sales team, and obtain finance paperwork and complete RSA and ESC contracts as appropriate.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable responsibilities, including daily deposits for all departments, account reconciliation, collection calls as needed, and required paperwork submittals to state and federal accounts for payment.
  • Handle monthly petty cash reconciliation, credit card statements, gas log statements, expense reports, and check requests as needed, and manage and maintain all relationships with vendors, customers, and suppliers.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, store openings, and vendor trainings as needed, and manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, and prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of office management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and have strong ability to multitask, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required.
