Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Guidehouse. As a key member of our Business Delivery Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and managing large-scale deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 analysts, providing guidance and delegating work assignments
  • Manage multiple system-wide and local project teams, providing subject matter expertise and project supervision
  • Identify redesign opportunities for operational workflows and support the standardization and documentation of workflows and procedures
  • Work closely with team members to source and validate requested data extracts, build data architecture in SQL, and design and modify dashboards
  • Seek innovative ways to visually represent revenue cycle performance and work with managers and key executives to implement process improvement and/or new technology deployments
Requirements
  • University (4 year) Degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with 5 years in Revenue Cycle
  • 5+ years database analysis (SQL, ACL, PPT, Access), Proficient in Excel
  • 5+ years within EHR analysis
