Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess proposals, negotiate contract conditions, and finalize agreements
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and evaluate their performance
  • Prepare job cost estimates and analyze project plans
  • Stay informed about the latest construction materials and techniques
  • Address financial discrepancies and oversee subcontractor insurance documentation
  • Perform additional related tasks as necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
