Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Front Desk Agents to join our esteemed team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including room assignments and late check-out requests.
  • Handle payment processing, issue room keys, and document any exceptions.
  • Verify and adjust guest billing as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest departures in the system.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs promptly, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Foster excellent guest relations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to monitor room status and address guest concerns.
  • Generate and review daily reports, including credit card authorizations.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about local attractions.
  • Handle all guest inquiries and requests, ensuring follow-up for satisfaction.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed.
  • Manage cash handling and secure the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Process various payment types and provide change as required.
  • Record wake-up call requests accurately.
  • Communicate important guest information to relevant departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
  • Answer department calls promptly and professionally.
  • Promote positive interactions with all individuals approaching the Front Desk.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic proficiency in computer and mathematical skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and office skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
  • 2 years in Front Desk operations (required)
  • 2 years in Customer Service (required)
  • 2 years in Hotel settings (required)
