Key Responsibilities- Lead the perioperative team to ensure safe patient care and efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Master's degree in nursing, business administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice
- Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) or Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) certification preferred
