Business Development Representative

Our team is trained daily on customer service techniques and retention, and we prioritize building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders in person and enter orders received through direct interactions with customers.
- Verify and confirm customer orders and delivery expectations.
- Quote prices according to our uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing.
- Track order exceptions and maintain as needed.
- Provide sales support to Preferred Customers and offer direct customer service to new and current customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Seek good communication and cooperation within our organization.
- Coordinate all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries.
- Identify and utilize internal resources as needed to complete tasks.
- Support team goals and be receptive to change.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience.
- Leadership role without formal authority.
- Effective decision making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (internal and external).
- Deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners.
- Achieve mutual understanding by summarizing and reviewing agreements.
- Actively listen and demonstrate an understanding of our client's products and services.
- Recognize and respond to new opportunities at existing customers.
