Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchase orders in person and enter orders received through direct interactions with customers.
  • Verify and confirm customer orders and delivery expectations.
  • Quote prices according to our uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing.
  • Track order exceptions and maintain as needed.
  • Provide sales support to Preferred Customers and offer direct customer service to new and current customers.
Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Seek good communication and cooperation within our organization.
  • Coordinate all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries.
  • Identify and utilize internal resources as needed to complete tasks.
  • Support team goals and be receptive to change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience.
  • Leadership role without formal authority.
  • Effective decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (internal and external).
  • Deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners.
  • Achieve mutual understanding by summarizing and reviewing agreements.
  • Actively listen and demonstrate an understanding of our client's products and services.
  • Recognize and respond to new opportunities at existing customers.
