Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our hospice branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with non-clinical policies and practices, while providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with non-clinical policies and practices
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including record keeping, filing, and typing
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Three years' experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for medical records experience
  • Excellent organization, record keeping, filing, typing, and time management skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Documentation management
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
