Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our hospice branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with non-clinical policies and practices, while providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Ensure compliance with non-clinical policies and practices
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including record keeping, filing, and typing
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Three years' experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for medical records experience
- Excellent organization, record keeping, filing, typing, and time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Documentation management
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
