You will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Intelligence, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis and be adept at conveying narratives through data. They should be capable of articulating and explaining technical concepts to a diverse audience. Previous experience with Marketo and Salesforce or similar technologies is essential. The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment is crucial.


Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights that will enhance our marketing strategies, drive business growth, and improve engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive KPIs and scorecards for monitoring marketing performance.
  • Gather, cleanse, and analyze marketing data from various sources to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to share relevant insights, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance data for marketing attribution reporting.
  • Utilize data from multiple sources to identify customer segments and personas through analysis, aiding in the development of targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development and reporting of KPIs for marketing performance.
  • Proactively analyze data to discover trends, establish KPIs, and apply appropriate hypothesis testing.
  • Offer recommendations that improve future campaign performance and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact in a unified dashboard.
  • Establish and uphold marketing operations processes and documentation.
  • Conduct other ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • We seek an individual who can analyze data, identify trends, and devise strategies to optimize our marketing efforts while working collaboratively with our marketing team.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (preferably Marketo) as an administrator or power user.
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing and constructing data dashboards for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and campaign performance.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Superset, Power BI, Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to work with large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Capability to question and troubleshoot data effectively.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce).
  • Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactive approach – when identifying a problem or area for improvement, you take initiative.
