Position Overview:

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a dedicated Field Marketing Coordinator for the New York region. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic B2B marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing patient referrals and treatment completion through effective networking and relationship management with local dental practices and healthcare professionals.

Please note that this position requires on-site presence at various dental practices in the designated area.

Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Representing and promoting the brand to its target demographics. The primary focus is to enhance the brand's reputation, increase visibility, and foster consumer engagement. The following are essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate representative for the practices and their core values.
  • Content Development: Visit practices to capture engaging photos and videos, and create social media content that highlights the practice's offerings. Share this content on practice-specific platforms or submit it to the Brand Manager.
  • Event Coordination: Actively participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Assist in organizing giveaways and other marketing campaigns.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from office managers and communicate findings to the marketing team. Provide insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities on a quarterly basis.
  • Social Media Engagement: Identify local influencers and relay information back to the brand team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in planning and executing events.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Reliable transportation and readiness to travel frequently.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
