As the Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator (MSSC) at Medford Leas, you will be pivotal in achieving sales objectives by delivering essential assistance to team members. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the MSSC serves as the main contact for potential residents, ensuring that their initial experience is outstanding. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service abilities, a solid grasp of the sales process, and effective management of office functions.

Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the CRM database, managing office operations, addressing inquiries, creating marketing materials, organizing events, handling financial transactions, performing clerical duties, and providing administrative assistance. This role also involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring safe transportation for clients, prioritizing tasks effectively, and engaging in sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least an Associate's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, supervision, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Understanding of administrative procedures, data management techniques, basic accounting, and human resources practices.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is beneficial.
Licensing and Regulatory Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required.
