Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
  • Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to suggest suitable solutions
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • A demonstrated track record of successful sales is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and approachable personality
  • Familiarity with MS Office software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
