Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Seasonal Design Support team, you will be an integral part of delivering our 100% happiness guarantee. Your primary responsibilities will include working on 'Gift and Go' assembly of table top frames, upholding overall store cleanliness and maintenance as directed by the Store Manager, and providing exceptional customer service during peak business days including holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Committed to working a 10-week timeframe
  • Available for peak business days including holidays and weekends
  • Greet customers in a welcoming and inviting way
  • Prepare proper handoff for clients picking up their orders
  • Work on 'Gift and Go' assembly of table top frames
  • Uphold overall store cleanliness and maintenance as directed by the Store Manager
  • Anything required to deliver our 100% happiness guarantee
Requirements:
  • Experienced in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
  • An engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
  • Quick and eager learner of new tools, products, and processes/takes initiative
