Job Overview

We are partnering with a client in the Greater Seattle Area to seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive / Business Development Representative to play a role in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets. If you have a proven track record in consultative B2B selling and strategic relationship building, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Cold outreach and warm lead nurturing to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners to secure profitable business deals.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to successful client onboarding, to ensure long-term success.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets through focused lead generation and effective closing strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and secure profitable business deals with key customers, such as architecture and design firms.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and/or account management within B2B commercial space sales.
  • Proven success in generating new business leads and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
