The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament parish is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Office of Faith Formation for Children. This role involves a diverse range of administrative, clerical, and supportive tasks aimed at enhancing the catechetical ministry within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing proficient skills in MS Office applications to manage various administrative tasks.
- Facilitating communication and coordination for a variety of events, such as parent meetings, retreats, and sacramental celebrations.
This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 20-24 hours per week, which may include some evenings and weekends, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who are knowledgeable about the Catholic faith and practices. Applicants should possess at least a High School diploma and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office software. A BA/MA in a related field is preferred.
