In the role of Access Specialist, you will collaborate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure precise record-keeping and efficient processing of insurance claims. Your meticulous attention to detail will significantly influence both patient satisfaction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with patients to collect essential medical and insurance details
  • Confirm insurance coverage and benefits
  • Offer patients cost estimates and various payment options
  • Accurately collect payments and record transactions
  • Maintain patient safety by ensuring accurate documentation and safeguarding PHI

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
