Job Description:
As a Residential Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving residential sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will lead the Residential Sales Team in achieving sales revenue goals and drive revenue growth through the implementation of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead the Residential Sales Team in achieving sales revenue goals
• Train and develop Residential Sales Reps to ensure they meet sales targets
• Facilitate, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year
