Job Summary

The Office Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of our treatment center, overseeing the administrative support department under the guidance of the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the administrative support team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Validate patient identification and monetary status, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collect and account for patient payments, prepare bank deposits, and run errands as needed.
  • Assist patients with insurance forms, perform daily accounting duties using computer programs, and interview, train, and evaluate administrative team members.
  • Provide input on hiring and personnel decisions, complete and submit weekly reports, and maintain patient fee collection and financial records.
  • Manage office supplies, reception duties, and assist with patient intake and discharge processes.
  • Maintain patient charts and compliance tracking, schedule patient appointments with medical staff, and develop and manage work schedules.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards, and engage in outreach activities while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of general office experience or one year as an office manager.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic accounting and data entry proficiency.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and information release protocols.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
