Job Summary

Mallia Engineering is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative activities of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records and information, performing office tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll.
  • Perform a variety of office tasks, including replenishing office supplies, distributing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative services or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
