  • Order Review and Verification: Ensure that sales orders are complete and accurate, including all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Contract Review and Compliance: Review sales contracts for accuracy, profitability, and compliance, coordinating pricing requests with the sales team as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Sales Team to resolve sales order issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Research and Analysis: Research order components and sales promotions that could impact orders, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Update records in designated systems per standard policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Act as the main contact for major accounts and special contracts, resolving lease-related issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Contracts, Sales, and Corporate Leasing to ensure profitable deals and meet business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend solutions for problematic areas, and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training for new Sales Reps and Managers on paperwork completion and processes.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support regional operations, and generate reports and respond to inquiries from staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance to less experienced order processors and support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
