Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide office support to our Property Manager and other staff throughout the property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have prior office experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents and prospects in a courteous and professional manner.
Perform general administrative duties, including email correspondence, telephone calls, organizing and managing files, scheduling meetings, and receiving and routing mail.
Collect updated resident information and certificates of insurance as necessary and distribute appropriately.
Schedule rental appointments with prospects and follow up on guest inquiries.
Act as a liaison between residents/vendors and the property management staff on various items, including work orders, inspections, lease renewals, and apartment showings.
Maintain social media platforms and assist in planning resident events and creating a weekly newsletter to residents.

Requirements

Prior office experience required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong social media skills with demonstrative results.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30am-5pm, and Wednesdays from 9:30am-6pm.
