About the Role
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
This role involves:
- Supervising front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of room assignments, reservations, and guest interactions using hotel management software.
- Handling guest complaints professionally to ensure effective resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- An advanced understanding of guest services skills and behaviors.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- The ability to make independent decisions based on guest needs, brand standards, and hotel policies.
