Hotel Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team at Doubletree Houston Airport. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exceptional.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead operations at the front desk to ensure guests have an exceptional stay
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budget management and generating occupancy reports
  • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies
  • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring all their questions are answered satisfactorily and handle any complaints

About Compensation:

$50,000 per year

About Qualifications:
  • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
  • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
  • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired
