  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Supervise and support store staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising effectively.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports to optimize product assortment and minimize shrinkage.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Above average communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
  • Standing and using hands repetitively for extended periods.
  • Reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, bending, and grasping items.
