  • Stay informed about current promotions, payment policies, and exchange procedures.
  • Adhere to cash handling protocols set by Medieval Times.
  • Organize and showcase merchandise to drive sales.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exude positivity, enthusiasm, and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficient in processing information through a computer system.
  • Capable of handling cash transactions and providing change.
  • Proactively engage guests to facilitate sales.
  • Effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests.
  • Ability to read, count, and write for accurate documentation.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and navigate stairs during shifts.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma is preferred. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking their first job; no prior experience is necessary, just a friendly personality and a passion for customer service.
