Responsibilities:

As a Public Health Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing and directing the work of staff members to ensure they meet their goals and objectives

* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

* Coordinating with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery

* Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve their skills and productivity

Requirements:

To be successful as a Public Health Nursing Manager, you will need to have:

* A strong background in public health nursing and experience in management roles

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational issues

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $113,000 - $143,000 per year (estimated)
