Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $74,600 - $97,100, based on experience and qualifications. This represents a competitive compensation package, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.

Job Responsibilities
As a Nurse Surveyor - Public Health Advocate, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. • Conducting site visits and assessments to evaluate the quality of care provided by healthcare facilities.
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies for improving healthcare quality and patient safety.
    • Providing expert training to healthcare professionals on state-of-the-art survey techniques and best practices in healthcare facilities evaluation.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulators, and community leaders.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • • A valid Registered Nursing (RN) license and at least 2 years of experience in nursing or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
