VNS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Educator to join our team in Edgewater, New Jersey.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Educator to manage and deliver clinical education programs that foster high-quality care through evidence-based practice, performance improvement activities, and professional staff development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with education staff across the enterprise to develop an annual training calendar and ensure a coordinated approach to ongoing programs.
- Ensure clinical education programs align with the CMS Triple Aim framework and address patient-centered needs.
- Manage implementation of clinical staff development programs, including orientation, in-services, training, and other learning activities.
- Review program-specific educational program outcomes and program evaluations to determine areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Present improvement strategies to department leadership and train new and current staff in VNS Health philosophy, policy, standards, procedures, documentation, and models for service delivery.
- Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum four years' experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, including at least two years with a primary focus on education and training.
- Medicare experience strongly preferred.
