The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, processing all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements, and adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently;
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements;
- Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent;
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred;
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding;
- Computer experience preferred;
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus;
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
