Position Overview
This is a temporary contract role focused on providing support to owner clients regarding the designated product. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails directed to the EnergyLink support team.
  • Ensuring all communications are handled accurately, promptly, and courteously.
  • Adhering to established internal protocols.
  • Escalating client contact details for follow-up by other team members when necessary.
  • Maintaining a calm, respectful demeanor while managing client emotions.
  • Guiding clients through the application process over the phone.
  • Thoroughly understanding client needs before proposing solutions.
  • Troubleshooting basic client issues.
  • Taking initiative and ownership in resolving client concerns.
  • Engaging in cross-training to acquire new skills, broaden knowledge, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a solid theoretical foundation typically gained through higher education. While complex tasks will be closely supervised, routine situations will require more independence. Challenges faced may be difficult but are generally straightforward.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience or training in revenue accounting, land management, JIB, or A/P, with prior customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various oil and gas software applications.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds safely using proper techniques.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Regular attendance is expected.

Travel requirements: Minimal or as necessary for business needs.
