Job Title: Entry-Level Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
