We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at TRUPIANO-KETRON. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and grow our existing client base
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Supervise and lead a small team
- Train and develop team members on our systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting and insights using our CRM
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
