Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Home Services Sales Consultant to provide custom solutions to customers for their home services needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a 'one-call' sales method to identify and understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Work with customers to gather information, assess situations, and make appropriate decisions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all home services standards and practices, as well as code requirements
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and implement solutions that meet their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully selling home services and/or closing sales in another trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
